About the position

As a Senior Digital Media Performance Strategist at Amadeus, you will play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of top hotels and resorts, focusing on planning, executing, and optimizing online media campaigns to maximize Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) for our clients. This client-facing position requires you to collaborate closely with the Ad Operations team, guiding clients from the creation of the Digital Media/Advertising Plan through onboarding and launch. You will implement strategies and optimizations throughout the life of each campaign, ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of your clients' needs, establishing strong, collaborative, and trusting relationships. You will research and develop comprehensive digital media strategies, identifying target audiences and recommending appropriate budgets and media channels. Regular communication with clients will be essential, as you will conduct calls to review campaign performance and secure approval for modifications aimed at improving results. You will also draft ad copy for client approval, initiate campaign setups, manage the creative development process, and ensure that all new and renewal campaigns launch successfully while meeting quality service level agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field, along with a minimum of 4 years of online digital media/advertising experience in a client-facing role. Familiarity with Paid Search, Paid Social, Paid Display, Programmatic, or Email Marketing, as well as proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads, is crucial. A background in the hospitality industry is preferred, and candidates should demonstrate a passion for innovation, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving, all while fostering positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular calls with clients to review campaign performance and secure approval for recommended modifications to improve campaign results.
  • Draft ad copy and present to client for approval.
  • Initiate campaign set-up and workflow for tracking tags.
  • Manage creative development and client approval process.
  • Ensure all new and renewal campaigns launch and quality SLA's are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Hospitality or other related fields.
  • 4+ years of online digital media/advertising experience in a client-facing role.
  • Experience with Paid Search, Paid Social, Paid Display, Programmatic or Email Marketing, along with Google Ads, Google Analytics and/or Facebook Ads or Facebook Business Manager.
  • Prior work experience in the Hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Ability to evaluate data trends and other numeric data effectively (ROAS, margins, KPI's).
  • Strong MS Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel) skills.
