About the position

The Senior Digital Media Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital media campaigns across various platforms. This role is crucial for enhancing clients' online presence, driving engagement, and generating leads. The position requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in programmatic advertising, ad trafficking, paid social campaigns, streaming audio and video, and email marketing, along with a solid understanding of digital marketing trends and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of strategic paid digital recommendations based on goals, target audience, geography, timing, and budget.
  • Coordinate, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns on various digital platforms, including Facebook, Adobe, Google, Bing, Email, Streaming Radio, and other Programmatic DSPs.
  • Craft rationale for recommendations and format into presentations for internal and/or client-facing purposes.
  • Work with Account Teams and Strategists to ensure client goals/objectives are clearly defined and achieved.
  • Build, optimize, and report meaningful results in collaboration with analysts, delivering campaign performance insights.
  • Coordinate creative trafficking within internal digital ad platforms.
  • Effectively manage digital media budgets and assist with billing reconciliation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 5+ years of digital media experience involving media planning and buying, campaign management, optimization, and reporting
  • Proficiency in Programmatic Buying Platforms
  • Proficiency in Adobe Advertising DSP and other Adobe products
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Excel, Google Docs, PowerPoint, and/or Keynote
  • Experience with Tableau, Looker, Facebook Ads Manager
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Exceptional detail orientation and commitment to high-quality work
