As a Senior Digital Product Manager within the Digital Workplace Product Group at American Express, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital experiences of our colleagues. This position is designed for a strategic thinker who can lead product management initiatives that enhance the use of digital devices across the organization. You will report directly to the Director of Device Experience and will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that align with the company's vision of creating the World's Best Colleague Experience. Your work will involve collaborating with a diverse team of product managers and engineers to prioritize product backlogs, drive transformation, and ensure that our digital products meet the needs of our users. In this role, you will own the product strategy for the Windows Devices product domain, driving high-impact initiatives that enhance the digital workplace for American Express colleagues. You will partner with key stakeholders to build a shared vision around the product roadmap, priorities, and new opportunities. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you assess product performance, gather customer feedback, and identify market opportunities to define a strategic vision that resonates with our users. You will also review requirements from business partners to inform product decisions and collaborate with engineering leaders to execute critical initiatives, define clear goals, and set success criteria.
