About the position

The Senior Digital Product Manager for the Digital Workplace at American Express is responsible for driving the execution of high-impact initiatives within the Microsoft product suite. This role focuses on developing strategic roadmaps, enhancing product adoption strategies, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to improve digital experiences for colleagues. The position requires a strong background in product management, particularly with GenAI technologies and Large Language Models, to effectively prioritize product backlogs and drive transformation across products.

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of high-impact initiatives in the Microsoft product suite space, develop strategic roadmaps, and communicate value to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance data-driven product adoption strategies, champion usage excellence, and lead the development of improved Copilot solutions.
  • Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market opportunities to help define a strategic vision.
  • Review requirements and input from business partners to inform and influence product decisions.
  • Collaborate with key engineering leaders and other partner teams to execute critical initiatives, define clear goals, and set success criteria.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 productivity suite and Copilot
  • Experience using and applying Large Language Models (prompt engineering, evaluation)
  • Ability to display a track record of driving usage and adoption in a business context
  • Ability to translate business requirements to product deliverables
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Bachelor's Degree
