About the position

Wells Fargo's Digital, Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking (CB-CIB) organization is seeking a dynamic Senior Digital Product Manager to join the Digital Onboarding and Servicing team. This product management group is responsible for enhancing the onboarding and servicing digital experiences for all Commercial and Corporate and Investment Banking clients. The role is pivotal in transforming the business model to meet evolving client needs and establishing a world-class digital brand that supports the entire onboarding and servicing lifecycle for our commercial and corporate clients. The Strategy, Digital and Innovation (SDI) team is at the forefront of forging the strategic direction of Wells Fargo, managing our digital foundation and common capabilities, and transforming our business models to adapt to changing customer needs. The investments made by the SDI team aim to create innovative digital banking experiences that facilitate customers in achieving their financial goals. This position is crucial in building a better Wells Fargo, starting with outstanding talent, which includes you. In this role, the Senior Digital Product Manager will participate in a variety of complex functions within the digital environment, contributing to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy. The individual will review and analyze customer experience and product management aspects of Digital Onboarding, requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The role involves independently resolving complex issues and leading a team to meet project deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaboration is key, as the Senior Digital Product Manager will consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. Additionally, the role requires partnering with technology on the delivery and execution of products, ensuring that the firm is prepared to deliver and service the product throughout its lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a variety of complex functions within the digital environment.
  • Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy.
  • Review and analyze customer experience and product management aspects of Digital Onboarding that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Independently resolve complex issues.
  • Lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • Partner with technology on delivery and execution of products.
  • Bring the product to market by ensuring the firm is prepared to deliver and service the product throughout its life cycle.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Experience with design thinking, lean and agile project management methodologies.

  • Digital Document, Content and/or Task Management optimization.
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Experience in financial services, preferably commercial or corporate banking.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of business transformation, digital, information architecture, software build, design thinking and service design techniques.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a highly matrixed and complex environment, creating strong professional partnerships.
  • Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities.
  • A BS/BA degree or higher.
