About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to lead and participate in complex functions within the digital environment of the Personal Lending organization. This role focuses on transforming customer engagement through innovative digital solutions, contributing to large-scale planning, and ensuring the execution of the digital strategy. The Senior Digital Product Manager will act as an advisor to senior leadership, resolve complex issues, and deliver long-term solutions that require creativity and advanced analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or participate in a variety of complex functions within the digital environment.
  • Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy.
  • Review and analyze complex content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research, or product management.
  • Independently resolve complex issues.
  • Lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging understanding of digital initiatives and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products and initiatives.
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges across multiple areas.
  • Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions requiring vision and creativity.
  • Coordinate highly complex activities and provide guidance to others.
  • Consult with product partners on digital application capabilities to meet business growth objectives.
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of solutions and pipeline management.
  • Assist in planning and execution of programs and initiatives related to risk mitigation and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team leaders in developing project plans, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of digital product management experience or equivalent work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Experience with Agile Scrum methods and tools like Confluence and JIRA.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the financial services and banking industry.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Financial Services or Fintech industry.
  • 3+ years of Agile methodology experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • 4+ years of advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with data reporting tools like Looker, Tableau, or Amplitude.
  • Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas.
