About the position

The Senior Digital Product Manager at Boston Scientific is responsible for driving the deployment of digital solutions within the PI division, aligning with divisional strategy. This role involves owning the product vision, prioritizing the backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of digital initiatives. The position requires a strong customer focus and the ability to advocate for user needs while leveraging data to inform product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic vision for digital solutions across the PI division.
• Advocate and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the full lifecycle of business requirements and implementation of core BSC solutions.
• Define and leverage KPIs, targets, and metrics to show progress and identify areas of opportunity.
• Partner and communicate with stakeholders on progress, needs, and risks, including quarterly lookbacks and work in progress.
• Champion a customer-first approach by gathering feedback and insights to inform product decisions.
• Conduct competitive market research to understand industry best practices and trends.
• Manage and communicate project status to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of Digital Health technologies, competitive landscape, and clinical workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager delivering digital solutions.
• Deep understanding of order to cash business processes.
• Extensive experience with website and mobile application implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of digital trends.
• Data-driven decision maker with an understanding of operational metrics and business drivers.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in a regulated industry.
• Strong communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Mastery in agile development practices.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the medical device or life sciences industry and familiarity with HIPAA requirements.
• Understanding of best practices with medical device products through the full life cycle.
• Broad supply chain business process knowledge.
• Expertise in Data Analysis and use of visualization tools like Tableau.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deploying AI solutions.
• Familiarity with ethical considerations in AI development.
• Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP ECC/S4, Salesforce.
