About the position

The Senior Digital Product Manager is responsible for defining and executing a multi-year product strategy for two of MillerKnoll's digital properties. This role involves leading the implementation of new digital products and updates, ensuring thorough testing, evaluating performance, and managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define product features and requirements for digital products.
• Lead the implementation of new digital products and updates.
• Conduct user acceptance, performance, and post-production testing according to guidelines.
• Evaluate and communicate the performance of digital properties.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to implement and maintain product features.
• Manage third-party vendors in support of digital properties.
• Utilize analytics and customer research to measure product effectiveness and guide future development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field; Master's Degree preferred.
• 6-7 years of digital product management or related digital experience.
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of web analytics.
• Experience with SEO and Content/Asset Management.
• Experience managing third-party vendors.
• Familiarity with Web Design.
• Experience in requirements analysis and definition.
• Experience in project management; PMP preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional presentation skills.
