About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to lead and participate in complex functions within the digital environment of the Personal Lending organization. This role focuses on transforming customer engagement through innovative digital solutions, overseeing the execution of digital strategies, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance customer experience and meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or participate in a variety of complex functions within the digital environment.
  • Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy.
  • Review and analyze complex content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research, or product management.
  • Independently resolve complex issues and lead teams to meet project deliverables.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products and initiatives.
  • Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions requiring vision, creativity, and advanced analytical thinking.
  • Coordinate highly complex activities and provide guidance to others.
  • Consult with dependent product partners on digital application capabilities.
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of solutions and pipeline management.
  • Assist in planning and executing programs and initiatives related to risk mitigation and customer experience.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of digital product management experience or equivalent work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Experience with Agile Scrum methods and tools like Confluence and JIRA.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the financial services and banking industry.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Financial Services or Fintech industry.
  • 3+ years of Agile methodology experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • 4+ years of advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with data reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Amplitude.
  • Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas.
