About the position

The Senior Digital ProductOps Manager plays a crucial role in the Digital Product Hub at Highmark Health, supporting the organization's digital transformation efforts. This position focuses on fostering a digital product and experience-oriented culture through agile methodologies, collaborating with organizational leaders to align and execute strategic objectives. The incumbent will manage digital assets, facilitate governance processes, and mentor junior team members, ensuring effective project management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage the enterprise digital asset and capabilities inventory, ensuring it is updated as new assets are deployed or decommissioned.
• Facilitate the governance process for the Digital Operating Model, including managing intake and tracking progress.
• Establish project plans with timelines, assign tasks, and ensure completion of deliverables while resolving issues that may delay projects.
• Maintain and promote the Digital Product Management Playbook, ensuring adherence to best practices and methodologies.
• Manage the enterprise end-to-end digital roadmap, providing transparency for stakeholders across the organization.
• Facilitate evaluations for new digital capabilities and vendor integrations for the Product & Health Experience department.
• Mentor less senior Digital ProductOps Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, Technology, Design, Healthcare or related field (or 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree).
• 5 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Program Management.
• 3 years of experience with Agile Process Methodology.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree in Business, Science, Technology, Design, Healthcare or related field.
• 3 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry.
• 3 years of managing large, complex projects.
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
