Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Senior Digital Product Owner & Customer Experience Architect to join our digital product management team. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of how we support our customers and dealers. As part of Cat Digital, the technology arm of Caterpillar, you will leverage cutting-edge technologies to create industry-leading digital solutions. Your work will directly impact how our customers interact with the Cat brand, products, and services, ultimately helping them perform their jobs more effectively and sustainably. In this hybrid position, you will balance product management and experience strategy, advocating for our customers and ensuring their needs are met. You will collaborate with business partners and engineering teams to guide both digital and physical experiences, transforming and simplifying the day-to-day operations of our customers. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer workflows, leading cross-product initiatives, and validating solutions through direct customer feedback. Your goal is to maximize the value of our products and ensure they align with Caterpillar's objectives and customer needs. You will take ownership of the product's success and quality, managing complex initiatives that require prioritization, roadmap definition, and the elaboration of epics and features. By integrating and aligning roadmaps across product teams, you will ensure a cohesive experience for our customers. Additionally, you will drive a mixed-methods research strategy to deepen our understanding of customer processes and identify new opportunities for improvement. Your role will also involve facilitating brainstorming sessions to align stakeholder needs with desired customer experiences, ultimately leading to the definition of major experience elements that enhance our offerings.
