About The Position
The Senior Digital Specialist will lead the strategy and execution of SEM and paid social campaigns for enterprise-level clients. This role is responsible for identifying emerging trends, building and optimizing multi-platform campaigns, managing bids, and developing custom audience and remarketing strategies. You'll also analyze performance, review landing pages and ad copy, and deliver insights that drive results aligned with client goals. This is a hands-on role that blends tactical execution with strategic thinking. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including product, customer success, and growth teams—to deliver full-funnel media strategies that drive measurable hiring outcomes. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, results-driven, and energized by solving complex marketing challenges.
