About the position

As the Sr Director of the Innovation team at SitusAMC, you will lead the development of cutting-edge technologies that provide a competitive edge in the real estate industry. This role involves collaboration with product and technology leaders to address complex business challenges, overseeing the design and implementation of technology architecture, and establishing software development standards. You will also mentor teams and ensure best practices in technology solutions, particularly in AI and machine learning applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams in proof of concept and architectural design to support the Technology Roadmap and new technology platforms (AI/ML).
• Provide insights into new technology trends and ensure development platforms are strategically architected for current and future client needs.
• Operationalize AI software models and collaborate with Product and Data Science teams to solve real-world business problems.
• Design, implement, and validate machine learning algorithms and optimize their performance for real-world applications.
• Stay updated on developments in generative AI and identify opportunities for application within SitusAMC.
• Provide technical leadership on best practices for software platform design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Lead software architectural review meetings to ensure alignment with SAMC design standards.
• Oversee the development of Technology Roadmaps and Platform designs.
• Collaborate with client managers, business analysts, and leadership to optimize technical solutions.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science ML/AI or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 15+ years of industry experience, with at least 2 years in a Senior Director role or equivalent.
• Experience with current technologies and products in the industry.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques, including deep learning and reinforcement learning.
• Strong leadership and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong development and implementation skills.
• Customer/client focus and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Gen AI/Machine Learning, LLM, NLP, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, C#, MS SQL Server.
