As the Senior Director of Brand Marketing for North America at Converse, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's marketing strategy and execution across the region. You will analyze performance metrics and budgets, ensuring that marketing initiatives are effectively executed across various channels, including Wholesale, Direct, and Digital. Collaboration will be essential, as you will work closely with the Global Brand Marketing team to ensure that regional strategies are integrated with global initiatives. Your leadership will extend to managing a team of brand marketing professionals, inspiring them to achieve excellence in their roles. You will advocate for North American perspectives in global planning sessions and ensure that consumer insights are at the forefront of all marketing activities. By leveraging digital tools and conducting regular research, you will gather valuable consumer insights that inform seasonal strategies and help Converse become the preferred brand for the youth market in North America. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex business scenarios and make informed decisions that benefit the brand.
