About the position

As a Senior Director, Business Systems Owner at Spectrum Enterprise, you will be responsible for maximizing the impact and value of the National Enterprise Order System (NEOS). This role focuses on leveraging the platform to enhance operational scale and improve client experience during service delivery and implementation. You will implement and manage a consistent methodology for the software development lifecycle, ensuring that all user groups have a productive and continuously improving experience with the platform.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage a consistent methodology for the software development lifecycle.
• Partner with supporting teams to enable delivery and management of software in operations.
• Ensure all user groups have a productive experience with the platform.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical partners.
• Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including documentation standards.
• Lead a team of Product Managers and Product Owners to translate business needs into requirements.
• Develop a strategic vision and product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate change requests and groom the system/product backlog.
• Facilitate communication between business partners and development/test teams.
• Validate that finished technical solutions meet defined business needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of commercial/B2B operations experience.
• 7+ years of leadership and people management experience.
• 5+ years of telecom implementation and operations experience.
• 5+ years of experience with systems/product development, ownership, or management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with iterative software development principles.
• Experience with software product management.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to synthesize recommendations.
