As the Sr. Director of CLEAR Perks, you will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of our member benefits program. This position requires a strategic mindset to identify, sign, and execute high-value partnerships that will enhance the offerings available to our members. You will be responsible for optimizing these offerings to ensure maximum adoption of the CLEAR Perks platform. Your role will involve collaborating cross-functionally to seamlessly integrate partner benefits within the CLEAR ecosystem, ensuring that our members have access to a wide range of valuable perks that enhance their experience with CLEAR. In addition to partnership development, you will analyze market trends and gather member feedback to continuously refine and enhance the CLEAR Perks program. Your success will be measured through key performance metrics, including the utilization rate of member benefits, growth in revenue generated from CLEAR Perks partnerships, and overall member satisfaction related to perks utilization. This role is not just about expanding the program; it’s about creating a meaningful impact on our members' experiences and driving the strategic goals of the organization.
