About the position

The Senior Director Clinical Marketing - Ostomy Care is responsible for leading the development of clinical marketing content and sales tools that effectively communicate the clinical value proposition of Ostomy Care. This role is crucial for equipping commercial teams globally with the necessary resources to succeed, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and medical affairs teams. The position involves strategic creation of marketing content, collaboration with various teams, and leadership of a dedicated marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and vision on differentiating the Ostomy Care offering with relevant clinical marketing messaging.
  • Lead the strategic creation of clinical marketing content for marketing campaigns and the website.
  • Partner with the Medical Affairs Director to align clinical studies with business priorities.
  • Measure the effectiveness of clinical marketing messaging and propose adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate on ad-hoc trainings on clinical topics and develop training content and tools.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing to ensure accessibility of sales tools and training content.
  • Determine education priorities based on strategic imperatives and product launches.
  • Lead a team of marketing content managers, sales tool experts, clinical education specialists, and graphic designers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 15+ years of marketing and sales experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences, with a focus on sales leadership or training.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Agile marketing is desirable.
