Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of new initiatives for clinical research operations.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify strategic opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with department chairs and service chiefs on forecasting clinical trial portfolio growth.
• Oversee clinical research operations throughout the organization.
• Set long-term goals for the clinical research program in alignment with MSK's mission.
• Lead, mentor, and develop teams within the clinical research community.
• Manage collaborative relationships with key partners across departments and external organizations.
• Oversee fiscal management of clinical trials budgets and patient billing.
• Perform financial analysis to assess operational and financial impacts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of clinical research experience.
• 4+ years of management experience.
• Broad knowledge of Human Subjects Protection and Good Clinical Practice.
• Understanding of FDA requirements and clinical research-related federal regulations.
• Strong analytical skills for data collection and interpretation.
• Ability to plan and prioritize work aligned with organizational goals.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication skills across all levels.
