About the position

The Senior Director at FTI Consulting is responsible for guiding clients in corporate strategy, business transformation, and digital innovation across various sectors. This role involves leading complex projects, managing client expectations, and contributing to business development efforts. The Senior Director will leverage their expertise to improve project and asset management processes, mentor junior team members, and represent the firm in public engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead CP&A Consulting projects including strategic plans and organizational assessments.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on asset management functions such as growth capital and construction.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Drive best practice solutions in Project and Portfolio Management processes.
  • Perform project delivery process assessments and develop strategies for project management.
  • Create client-facing materials using Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Develop training and organizational change management approaches.
  • Innovate consulting capabilities to enhance performance and business results.
  • Mentor and coach CP&A Consultants and senior team members.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant post-graduate professional experience in consulting or asset management.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data management and modeling.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Word for professional work products.
  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Industry experience in oil and gas, manufacturing, or infrastructure.
  • Experience with Power BI and data visualization tools.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience working with senior executives.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
