About The Position
As the Senior Director, Channel Marketing, you will lead integrated retail and e-commerce marketing strategies to grow Moen’s presence and performance across major partners such as Home Depot, Lowe’s, Amazon, and Wayfair. With your deep expertise in omnichannel strategy, consumer engagement, and collaborative leadership, you will shape Moen’s go-to-market execution and build strong cross-functional connections to drive sustained growth. You will work across internal teams and external partners to elevate brand visibility, optimize shopper experiences, and align marketing efforts with Moen’s business goals. Your ability to deliver actionable insights, strengthen customer relationships, and champion high-performing teams will be essential to success in this dynamic, multi-brand environment.
