About the position

The Senior Director of Creative Enterprise Product Management at Adobe is responsible for leading product strategy, management, and execution for the Creative Enterprise Product team. This role involves articulating a clear product vision, developing a pragmatic strategy, and ensuring quality execution across various workflows, APIs, and generative AI features. The position requires a strong customer orientation and a focus on delivering impactful creative production experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product strategy, management, and execution for the Creative Enterprise Product team.
  • Partner closely with design, engineering, technical program management, and customer functions.
  • Define a clear, committed, and flexible product roadmap.
  • Drive objectives and key results to measure success.
  • Spot risks, find opportunities, and understand competitive landscapes.
  • Continuously learn and adjust decision-making using data-driven insights.
  • Frequently interact with customers and adjust to their context.
  • Ideate and evaluate creative enterprise product and workflow prototypes.
  • Present innovations and progress to Digital Media and Adobe leadership.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of demonstrated product management leadership experience.
  • Experience in fast-moving, technically oriented contexts.
  • Knowledge of creative workflows, API/developer business, and GenAI.
  • Proven experience in a 'start-up' or '0 > 1' scaling environment.
  • Extreme passion for solving customer problems.
  • Outstanding analytic, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to context switch across products, projects, and customers.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage through influence.

Nice-to-haves

  • Former engineer experience preferred.
  • Flexibility to travel for customers as needed.

  • Competitive salary range of $179,100 -- $382,000 annually based on location and experience.
