The Senior Director of Creative Operations and Production at Warner Bros. Games is a newly created position that plays a pivotal role in leading the mobile and console/PC creative operations for Warner Bros. Games Global Marketing. This position is designed for a proactive, resilient, intuitive, and patient individual who is passionate about producing world-class creative content. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a creative production operations model, leading a team of internal creatives and project managers, and collaborating with internal teams for effective external agency management. In this role, you will be tasked with understanding the creative needs driven by the target audience and the platforms where the content will be delivered. Your expertise will be crucial in providing solutions for how creative can be produced efficiently and effectively, ensuring that the content meets the requirements of the platform, brand, and local teams. You will leverage your experience in building global creative operations and utilizing creative and ad technology to support high-velocity, quality creative that is native to various channels. The position requires a deep understanding of processes to identify content needs, ensuring the efficient delivery of assets, metadata, and localized materials on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for managing a creative organization composed of full-time employees, freelancers, and agency resources, while delivering for internal teams across various functions such as brand, channel, growth, international, and social. Your responsibilities will include partnering with the EVP of Global Marketing to define the roadmap for the creative department, assessing creative needs with internal teams, determining the best approach for creative development and localization, and managing the creative team with a focus on career development and training. You will also work closely with the tech team to introduce relevant creative/ad technology, develop processes for creative needs intake and workflow, and ensure continuous optimization and innovation in creative delivery.
