About the position

The Senior Director, Creative Services and Operations at Dun & Bradstreet is responsible for leading the creative team and overseeing the operational aspects of marketing projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in creative services, project management, and team leadership, aimed at driving innovation and delivering high-quality creative outputs that align with the company's brand vision and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, and project managers.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company's brand and marketing goals.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality visual and written content for various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Manage the end-to-end marketing process, from concept development to final delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing team.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of creative projects.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on performance, project status, and team productivity to client and/or senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in creative services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering successful creative projects.
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and digital media.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in creative software and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in creative services and marketing.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree is a plus.
