If so, you might be ideal for the Senior Director, Creative Strategy role within the Walmart Creative Studio. You are an entrepreneurial leader who understands how to build strong relationships and influence at both the peer and senior leadership level, translating data and customer insights into actionable briefs while helping to create, shape and sell effective creative platforms. You will drive cross functional collaboration to embrace and value Creative Strategy as a new internal capability by demonstrating in real time how sharp, single-minded strategies inform the best work. In this role you will define the vision for the internal Creative Strategy team, establish best practices for collaboration, arm and inspire our Creatives with compelling customer insights, and set the bar for how Creative Strategy will add value to the Walmart Creative Studio's outcomes. You will scale your vision across retail verticals by hiring and training a team of strategists and comms planners. To achieve this, you will partner closely with internal and partner teams as well as subject matter experts to define shared goals, KPI metrics, and implement the right ways of working to ensure our creative ideas are informed by, and resonate with, our customers.
