Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams implementing advanced analytics systems and tools.
• Drive transformation and deliver on the Data & Analytics 2030 strategy for growth.
• Build innovative analytics tools for internal and external use.
• Collaborate with technology partners like Google and Microsoft for cloud hosting and analytics tools.
• Identify new opportunities in emerging technology within the analytics community.
• Develop a team to analyze key performance indicators for product success.
• Support marketing, sales, product development, and operations with analytical insights.
• Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders across various functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline required.
• Ten years of experience in planning and analysis.
• Five years of direct management experience required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Strong healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience in integrating disparate teams into a high-performing unit preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for presentations and written communication necessary.
• Strong management skills to manage staff and organization within a budget.
