As a Senior Director of Data Solutions at Visa, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of data capabilities within Client Services. Your role will involve the design, development, and implementation of advanced data solutions that leverage AI and machine learning, as well as traditional analytics. You will be responsible for creating and driving the data solutions roadmap, ensuring that our offerings not only meet but exceed the evolving needs of the business. This position requires a blend of strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and a creative approach to solving complex data challenges. In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will create strategies and roadmaps for AI/ML feature development and internal data products that support the operations of Commercial and Money Movement & Global Client Services. You will lead the design and delivery of large-scale data solutions, guiding projects through the entire creative cycle from ideation to release and analysis. Utilizing Agile methodology, you will provide structure for projects and deliverables, collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to create robust and scalable solutions. You will also conduct regular business reviews to report on progress and critical milestones, serving as a domain expert and mentor to help team members grow their skills. Acting as a Data Steward, you will ensure seamless integration between Visa's enterprise-wide capabilities and Client Services' BI solutions. As a thought leader, you will contribute to the growth of the data culture within Visa's Client Services function and serve as a strategic advisor to organizational leadership, enhancing analytic capabilities and delivery effectiveness.
