About the position

The Senior Director of Demand Generation and Digital Marketing at apexanalytix is responsible for leading global marketing strategies aimed at customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty for both B2B and B2C audiences. This role involves designing and executing multi-national campaigns, managing a team of marketing professionals, and optimizing the marketing technology stack to drive qualified leads and meet sales targets. The position requires a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on management, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, execution, and results of multi-national, cross-channel campaigns.
• Track and report on the entire marketing funnel including volume, velocity, and conversion stages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute demand generation campaigns.
• Manage and measure lead generation initiatives including events and digital advertising.
• Own, manage, and optimize the marketing technology stack and end-to-end processes.
• Develop and implement data-driven segmentation strategies for audience targeting.
• Oversee multiple web properties and improve website lead and traffic performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a strong track record of driving pipeline generation.
• BA or BS in Marketing, Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Deep experience with modern B2B MarTech infrastructure such as Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong intellectual curiosity to develop and embrace new methodologies.
