The Sr. Director, Digital and Creative Strategy is a pivotal role within the Digital Marketing team, responsible for developing and executing the content and creative strategy across various digital platforms. This position aligns with the company's overall marketing and business objectives, focusing on driving digital sales through innovative and effective online campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in leading digital creative teams, with substantial experience in digital content, UI, and UX design. The position is primarily on-site in Stamford, requiring four days in the office and one day of hybrid work. In this role, the Sr. Director will lead and inspire the digital marketing team, ensuring that all creative resources are managed effectively to produce designs and campaigns that are accurate and relevant to the customer journey. The director will drive online sales and leads through the optimization and development of digital campaigns, websites, and eCommerce buyflows. A key aspect of the role involves demonstrating creative thought leadership by staying ahead of digital trends and providing proactive inspiration and recommendations to the team. The director will also be responsible for continually testing and learning to raise the bar for creative excellence while improving site performance. Collaboration is crucial in this position, as the Sr. Director will work closely with digital partners, including digital media, web development, and search teams, to execute marketing strategies that drive sales. A deep understanding of the company's brand identity is necessary to ensure consistent application across all digital marketing tactics, company website pages, and external sales partner websites.
