About the position

The Senior Director, Digital Marketing is responsible for leading Brother's digital marketing strategy, focusing on customer acquisition and enhancing digital capabilities. This role involves overseeing digital campaigns, optimizing web conversion, and managing a team of performance marketers to drive growth and improve customer experiences across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and transform digital marketing capabilities across all paid media channels.
  • Continuously evolve digital marketing strategy based on insights and results.
  • Drive digital innovation by integrating new tools and technologies.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies for ongoing optimization.
  • Create business cases and growth strategies for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Expand targeted marketing action plans with clear goals and objectives.
  • Analyze performance data and provide recommendations for budget management.
  • Oversee all campaign and search strategies for customer acquisition.
  • Drive the vision and strategic roadmap for digital user experience across websites and apps.
  • Manage website migration projects with a focus on brand alignment and SEO best practices.
  • Optimize product merchandising and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Utilize analytics and customer feedback to track and optimize KPIs.
  • Lead the implementation of Martech tools for growth and optimization.
  • Manage and develop a team of performance marketers to achieve results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing leadership.
  • Experience managing web/e-commerce and developing digital marketing teams.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with various departments.
  • Experience with retail media, specifically Amazon and Walmart ads.
  • Extensive experience in senior media management roles.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of advanced Google Ads Search and Display.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
