About The Position
The Senior Director of Employee Experience Center (EEC) at Dallas College is responsible for ensuring service excellence in HR services for administrators, faculty, staff, and student employees. This role focuses on HR deliverables in areas such as Compensation, Staffing, Employee Relations, and Benefits, while leading quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives. The Senior Director collaborates with the Associate Deputy Chief to develop high-performing teams and ensure alignment with the college's mission and vision.
