As Senior Director, Global Brand Creative Studio Operations at lululemon, you will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing the creative processes that drive the company's brand vision. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure project delivery excellence while fostering collaboration across various departments. You will partner closely with Global Brand Creative leaders, external agency partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate the end-to-end creative enablement process, bringing the creative vision and brand storytelling to life. In this role, you will build and lead a world-class team of studio operators, including creative project managers, producers, and creative operations managers. This team will set the standard for Creative Operations across the company and will be responsible for implementing the comprehensive creative enablement process for the in-house Global Brand Creative team. You will establish enterprise-level best practices, tools, platforms, and resources necessary to optimize creative workflows, ensuring that the team operates efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with the SVP of Global Brand Creative on strategic resource planning, forecasting, and project prioritization to meet both current and future business needs. This includes designing and implementing cross-functional processes for brand campaign planning, annual planning, and program performance reporting. Your leadership will be crucial in transforming creative planning processes for global brand campaigns, aligning key stakeholders on briefs and strategies, and ensuring that marketing priorities and projects are successfully managed. Additionally, you will manage the production budget, ensuring that resources and budget allocations align with strategic goals. You will also be the key contact for Tier 1 external creative agencies, leading the orchestration of creative resourcing, workflows, and processes to create a seamless creative workflow from inception to final delivery. Your role will involve collaborating with Global Brand Leaders across various functions to develop processes and operating models that enhance enablement and drive efficiencies for cross-functional teams. Ultimately, your leadership will empower the creative team to deliver projects on time, on budget, and aligned with brand objectives, while also supporting the health and wellbeing of the team. You will establish communication protocols and best practices to drive greater efficiencies within the creative team and support regional creative teams to ensure a unified operational process.
