About the position

The Senior Director, Global Demand and Field Marketing at HireVue is responsible for leading the company's global demand generation and field marketing initiatives. This role focuses on creating and executing a data-driven marketing strategy that enhances pipeline generation and accelerates revenue growth through account-based marketing. The position involves collaboration with sales and customer success teams, managing a team of marketing professionals, and optimizing marketing performance through data analysis and innovative strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute a global account-based, data-driven marketing strategy to drive pipeline generation and acceleration across each region and vertical.
  • Develop customer-centric experiences that are compelling and unique to break through in a cluttered, virtual world.
  • Establish data-oriented practices to optimize performance of the Demand Generation and Field Marketing teams.
  • Partner with sales and customer success leadership, and marketing leadership team to build a strategy that aligns with the business's goals and priorities.
  • Build an integrated marketing plan including demand generation campaigns, digital marketing, online media, SEO/SEM, web and more.
  • Establish a strong relationship with sales including building best practices, tools and processes for lead follow up and outbound prospecting for Account Development Managers.
  • Analyze numbers to identify performance and optimize for increased marketing qualified leads.
  • Manage marketing systems and vendor relationships for optimal results.
  • Track funnel analytics and work to improve conversion.
  • Collaborate with supporting marketing functions including product marketing, creative & communications teams to build and coordinate overall strategy and integrate programs into the buyer journey.
  • Enable, communicate, and educate the sales team and stakeholders on campaign-related objectives, deadlines, tasks, and KPI performance, and then manage.
  • Develop messaging & presentations that communicate the value/brand directly to customers through multiple channels.
  • Manage a team of marketers, helping them build global demand generation and field marketing strategies and programs, as well as supporting their career growth and development.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for demand generation and field marketing.
  • Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
  • Outstanding track record partnering and building alliances with sales leaders to drive business.
  • Prior experience of building successful field marketing strategies in partnership with key executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels.
  • Proficient in MS Office and business software (e.g. CRM).
  • A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, communications or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus.
