As the Senior Director of Global Marketing, you will lead our Global Strategic Marketing team and serve as a key member of the Molecular Diagnostics (MDx) Leadership Team. You will contribute to MDx's vision and mission by setting the global product portfolio strategy, establishing a pipeline of new product innovations, partnering with cross-functional colleagues to develop new products, and driving the global launch of those new products to generate sustainable market share, sales, and margin growth. This role is crucial as our diagnostic solutions are used in hospitals, laboratories, and clinics around the globe, providing critical information for patient care decision-making across various health conditions. Your responsibilities will include portfolio and product lifecycle management, where you will partner with the MDx Leadership Team to define the MDx vision and strategy, align the product portfolio with this vision, and implement a disciplined Portfolio Management Process. You will also be responsible for executing market and competitive insights research to generate customer insights, identify market trends, and inform product portfolio decisions. Additionally, you will establish a robust pipeline of product, service, and business model innovations that align with MDx's global product portfolio strategy and address unmet customer needs. As the Global Brand Steward, you will define MDx's global brand identity and ensure consistent execution across various regions. You will also define global market access and pricing strategies for the MDx product portfolio, partnering with Medical Affairs to ensure clinical evidence supports reimbursement for new products. This position requires strong leadership skills to build and retain a high-performing marketing team and to establish and monitor Global Strategic Marketing KPIs to ensure effective execution of strategies and programs.
