About the position

The Senior Director, Global Programs and Campaigns, Business Marketing at Pinterest will lead the business marketing efforts to position Pinterest as a full funnel performance platform for advertisers globally. This role focuses on supporting ad revenue growth and product adoption through the development and execution of global marketing programs and campaigns that communicate the value of Pinterest to advertisers. The position requires collaboration with product marketing, sales, and regional marketing teams to enhance brand awareness and drive demand for Pinterest's advertising solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead global marketing strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth for the platform's ad-supported business.
  • Set the direction for teams of people managers and individual contributors, aligning sub-goals with overall vision.
  • Oversee a portfolio of marketing campaigns and programs in support of brand awareness, product adoption, and revenue.
  • Collaborate with and influence senior level cross-functional partners and stakeholders to address complex business challenges.
  • Manage resources across projects and programs, negotiating flow of resources as needed, and build team capability through training and mentoring.

Requirements
