About the position

The Senior Director, Human Resources Transformation at Danaher Corporation is a leadership role focused on managing large-scale, global HR transformation projects. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering on HR strategies that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function across the enterprise. The role involves collaboration with HR leaders, business leaders, and finance leaders to implement organizational change, process optimization, and technology deployment, ensuring alignment and engagement throughout the transformation process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end large-scale, global, complex programs/projects that drive HR transformation.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to drive HR transformation initiatives effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise-wide stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Partner with HR functional leaders to implement HR process improvements and corresponding technology.
  • Collaborate with Learning and Development teams to design and deliver training programs for HR teams and employees.
  • Develop metrics and performance indicators to track the success and impact of HR transformation initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within HR processes and systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a solid understanding of business operations.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in program/project management.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale, global change and transformation programs.
  • Expertise in change management methodologies and tools.
  • Demonstrated communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire globally dispersed teams.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.

Nice-to-haves

  • PMP certification
  • Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci)
  • Experience in managing transformation specifically within HR.
