About the position

The Senior Director, Human Resources Transformation at Danaher Corporation is a pivotal role focused on leading large-scale, global HR transformation projects. This position is responsible for planning, managing, and executing HR strategies that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function across the organization. The role involves collaboration with HR leaders, business leaders, and finance leaders to implement initiatives that drive organizational change, process optimization, and technology deployment, ensuring alignment and engagement throughout the transformation process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end large-scale, global, complex programs/projects that drive HR transformation.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to effectively drive HR transformation initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise-wide stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Partner with HR functional leaders to apply DBS tools and implement HR process improvements across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with Learning and Development teams to design and deliver training programs for HR teams and employees.
  • Develop metrics and performance indicators to track the success and impact of HR transformation initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within HR processes and systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a solid understanding of business operations and business acumen.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in program/project management, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale, global change and transformation programs.
  • Expertise in change management methodologies and tools, with experience in large-scale change initiatives.
  • Demonstrated communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven leadership skills to inspire and motivate globally dispersed teams.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and analytical mindset with experience in developing success metrics.

  • Experience in managing transformation specifically within HR.
