About the position

The Senior Director, Human Resources Transformation at Danaher Corporation is a pivotal role focused on leading and managing large-scale, global HR transformation projects. This position is responsible for translating HR strategy into actionable project plans, ensuring effective implementation of HR initiatives, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships across the organization. The role emphasizes project management, change management, process improvement, and continuous enhancement of HR operations to align with Danaher's business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end large-scale, global, complex programs/projects that drive HR transformation.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to effectively drive HR transformation initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise-wide stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Partner with HR functional leaders to apply DBS tools and implement HR process improvements across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with Learning and Development teams to design and deliver training programs for HR teams and employees.
  • Develop metrics and performance indicators to track the success of HR transformation initiatives and provide regular progress reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a solid understanding of business operations.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in program/project management, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale, global change and transformation programs.
  • Expertise in change management methodologies and tools.
  • Demonstrated communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire globally dispersed teams.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.

Nice-to-haves

  • PMP certification
  • Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci)
  • Experience in managing transformation specifically within HR.
