The Senior Director, Human Resources Transformation at Danaher Corporation is a pivotal role focused on leading large-scale, global HR transformation projects. This position is responsible for planning, managing, and executing HR strategies that enhance operational efficiency and support the company's growth. The role involves collaboration with HR leaders and business stakeholders to implement organizational change, optimize processes, and deploy technology effectively, ensuring that HR services align with Danaher's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end large-scale, global, complex programs/projects that drive HR transformation.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to drive HR transformation initiatives effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise-wide stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Partner with HR functional leaders to implement HR process improvements and corresponding technology.
• Collaborate with Learning and Development teams to design and deliver training programs for HR teams and employees.
• Develop metrics and performance indicators to track the success of HR transformation initiatives and provide regular progress reports.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within HR processes and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a solid understanding of business operations.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in program/project management.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale, global change and transformation programs.
• Expertise in change management methodologies and tools.
• Demonstrated communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire globally dispersed teams.
• Effective problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
