About the position

The Senior Director of Marketing & Communications at PCDC will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at enhancing the organization's brand presence and generating qualified leads within the primary care and behavioral health sectors. This role is pivotal in driving business growth through B2B marketing initiatives, audience segmentation, and SEO, while also contributing to revenue generation and overall impact. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare marketing and impact investing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance market positioning.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify and segment target audiences.
  • Design and implement lead generation campaigns to attract and convert potential clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand the competitive landscape and emerging opportunities.
  • Oversee the development and optimization of website and digital content for SEO.
  • Manage all communications, including website, social media, and content generation for diverse audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using key metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Build and develop a high-performing marketing and communications team.
  • Oversee brand management and develop efficient systems to support marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly in healthcare or impact investing.
  • Proven history of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Experience in budget management and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent writing skills with at least 7 years of professional writing experience.
  • Deep understanding of market segmentation, audience identification, and SEO best practices.
  • Creativity in storytelling from both narrative and visual perspectives.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
  • Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of the New York and/or California markets.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite, Mailchimp, web analytics, InDesign, and Tableau.
