About the position

The Senior Director of Marketing, Creative and Digital Services will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's corporate brand and marketing strategy. This leadership position involves overseeing the activation of the brand across various digital and in-person channels, ensuring high-quality creative and content delivery to support enterprise brand growth and industry campaigns. The role is hybrid, based in Reston, VA, and requires collaboration with multiple teams to manage and optimize marketing assets and strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an integrated team of designers, content and UX specialists, writers, and brand managers.
  • Partner with communications, demand generation, campaign, and capture teams to support marketing programs with high-quality assets.
  • Manage the web and digital team to optimize the company's primary brand asset, icf.com.
  • Oversee operations and delivery of creative assets including branded content, campaign assets, and updates to digital properties.
  • Lead the company's brand management strategy, including vision, governance, training, and activation.
  • Conduct creative kick-offs and workshops to manage key projects across multiple dimensions.
  • Govern the creation of new sub-brands and facilitate brand development sessions.
  • Develop and activate enterprise-level brand campaigns to build awareness of ICF.
  • Evolve program deliverables to emphasize engaging and visually appealing content.
  • Ensure a consistent brand experience across internal and external channels.
  • Lead and project manage key corporate marketing programs and special events.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or B2G environments.
  • Experience working directly with senior leaders and stakeholders to manage programs and provide strategic counsel.
  • Experience managing marketing professionals including agencies, copywriters, and designers.
  • Leadership experience in motivating and coaching a team of marketers.
  • Experience coordinating projects across teams and departments.

Nice-to-haves

  • Corporate, digital, or marketing agency experience.
  • Ability to lead or contribute to messaging and communications workflows.
  • Experience managing digital/web projects with an understanding of UX and site design.
  • Experience with product strategy and marketing.
