About the position

The Senior Director of Marketing, Creative and Digital Services will lead the company's marketing strategy and brand activation across various channels. This role involves overseeing a diverse team and ensuring high-quality creative and digital delivery to support enterprise brand growth and marketing campaigns. The position is hybrid, based in Reston, VA, and is part of the marketing leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an integrated team of designers, content and UX specialists, writers, and brand managers.
  • Partner with communications, demand generation, campaign, and capture teams to support marketing programs with high-quality assets.
  • Manage the web and digital team to optimize the company's primary brand asset, icf.com.
  • Oversee operations and delivery of creative assets including branded content and campaign materials.
  • Lead the company's brand management strategy, including vision, governance, and activation.
  • Conduct creative kick-offs and workshops to manage key projects.
  • Lead product and solution naming and brand strategy, including the creation of new sub-brands.
  • Develop and activate enterprise-level brand campaigns to increase market awareness.
  • Evolve program deliverables to enhance engaging and visually appealing content.
  • Ensure a consistent brand experience across various channels.
  • Lead and project manage key corporate marketing programs and special events.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or B2G environments.
  • Experience working directly with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Experience managing marketing professionals and teams.
  • Leadership experience in motivating and coaching teams.
  • Experience coordinating projects across teams and departments.

Nice-to-haves

  • Corporate, digital, or marketing agency experience.
  • Ability to lead messaging and communications workflows.
  • Experience managing digital/web projects with an understanding of UX.
  • Experience with product strategy and marketing.
