About the position

The Senior Director of Marketing for Infusion Solutions in the US Region will spearhead the development of the vision, multi-year growth strategy, and annual marketing plans to achieve business goals for MMS Infusion Solutions. This role is pivotal in driving a $1.2B annual revenue segment and ensuring above-market growth through collaboration with sales leadership and global marketing teams. The position involves leading a team of marketers and reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, MMS, US Region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day US Region marketing efforts to meet growth targets for Infusion Solutions.
  • Create and execute programs to support above-market growth rates and deliver on BD Annual Strategic Review commitments.
  • Partner with Global Platform Marketing on market development initiatives and support marketing launch plans for new enhancements.
  • Leverage third-party strategic partnerships to drive growth in joint solutions.
  • Collaborate across the BD organization to position and grow end-to-end infusion solutions.
  • Coach and develop the marketing team in best practices of the BD Way of Marketing.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop marketing programs to retain and increase penetration in existing customers.
  • Measure and track program effectiveness and marketing return-on-investment.
  • Leverage digital marketing programs and Business Development Representatives to deliver Sales Qualified Opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales Leaders to drive sales process rigor and training.
  • Manage monthly demand forecasts, quarterly financial forecasts, and annual budgets.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key opinion leaders and customers to inform marketing plans.
  • Partner with clinical marketing to maximize key customer engagements.
  • Maintain and track market share and stay updated on market dynamics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in relevant marketing roles.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry required; capital experience preferred.
  • Acute care medication management experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record.
  • Proven leadership abilities and people management skills.
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strategic thinker capable of navigating ambiguity and complexity.
