The Senior Director of Marketing, Infusion Solutions, US Region will lead the development of the vision, multi-year growth strategy, and annual marketing plans design and execution to meet business goals for MMS Infusion Solutions in the US Region. This position is pivotal in ensuring that the short and long-term growth objectives for the MMS Business are achieved, working closely with US MMS Sales Leadership and the Global Marketing teams. The role is responsible for managing an estimated annual revenue of $1.2 billion within the US market segment and is accountable for delivering above-market growth. The Senior Director will lead a team of marketers and report directly to the Vice President of Marketing, MMS, US Region. In this role, the Senior Director will oversee day-to-day marketing leadership for the US Region, focusing on meeting growth targets for Infusion Solutions, which includes the BD Alaris System, software, service, consumables, and solutions. The position requires the creation and execution of programs that support above-market growth rates, aligning with BD's Annual Strategic Review commitments. The Senior Director will partner with Global Platform Marketing on market development initiatives and drive the adoption of new enhancements and innovations through comprehensive marketing launch support plans. Additionally, the role involves providing Voice-of-Customer (VOC) insights to inform future product development roadmaps and leveraging third-party strategic partnerships to drive growth in joint solutions. The Senior Director will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing marketing programs to retain and increase penetration in existing BD customers, and converting competitive accounts. This includes measuring and tracking program effectiveness and marketing return-on-investment, effectively leveraging digital marketing programs, and collaborating with Sales Leaders to drive sales process rigor and training. The position requires a strong focus on value-based pricing strategies, creative go-to-market models, and contracting excellence to accelerate sales growth and profitability. Furthermore, the Senior Director will manage monthly demand forecasts, quarterly financial forecasts, annual budgets, and multi-year strategy plans, ensuring timely and accurate communication of sales forecasts and performance drivers. General leadership responsibilities include collaborating across all BD Business Units to drive key strategic initiatives, managing expense budgets, and leading talent management efforts within the marketing team. The Senior Director will advocate for a strong customer focus, engage and activate the sales force and customers to drive strategic initiatives, and perform other related duties as assigned by the VP. The role requires flexibility to travel within the US to other BD locations and customer sites up to 25% of the time.
