About the position

The Senior Director of Marketing at ColdSnap is a leadership role focused on developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance growth and brand awareness across various channels. This position reports directly to the VP of Food Science Innovation and plays a crucial role in shaping the company's marketing initiatives, requiring both strategic thinking and tactical execution. The role emphasizes collaboration, creativity, and initiative within a supportive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Oversee marketing technologies and manage a team, providing mentoring and coaching.
  • Present marketing strategies and results to leadership.
  • Develop and manage brand campaigns and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Oversee the creation of internal and external content, including website management.
  • Manage product marketing efforts, including product copy and sales tracking.
  • Plan and execute social media content, including community engagement activities.
  • Handle public relations tasks such as media pitching, inquiries, and award submissions.
  • Select and contract trade shows, manage booth design and logistics, and create sales tools.
  • Manage e-commerce assets to support online sales on platforms like Amazon and Walmart.
  • Segment email drip campaigns and manage content reporting and analytics.
  • Manage paid media budgets and oversee agency management for paid social campaigns.
  • Provide customer service support across various channels, including phone and social media.
  • Source talent for influencer content creation and manage relationships with agents.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of proven experience as a marketing leader in the consumer goods or appliance industry.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in HubSpot, WordPress, and the Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with AI-driven marketing platforms and tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of market research, data analysis, and marketing best practices.
  • Experience with digital marketing, including social media, SEO, PPC, and email campaigns.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
