About the position

The position at Legrand involves leading marketing strategies and initiatives to drive growth and enhance customer engagement. The role requires a deep understanding of business goals, market insights, and customer needs, translating these into effective marketing strategies. The individual will manage a team, develop marketing programs, and collaborate with various departments to optimize performance and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Build a tiered and tailored programming strategy that supports account segmentation and leverages mutual opportunities between customers and Legrand.
  • Influence roadmaps with rigorous VOC research and insights, market intelligence, and competitive intelligence.
  • Partner with Sales leadership on the unified funnel from lead generation to customer retention.
  • Execute with a digital tools and processes-first mindset to optimize conversion and investment.
  • Measure the impact of partner programs and refine go-to-market strategies accordingly.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to track performance.
  • Develop a framework for account management across channels to identify efficiencies and drive collaboration.
  • Identify and champion opportunities to drive revenue and effective engagement.
  • Innovate and implement effective processes, tools, and automation for marketing.
  • Drive overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with various teams to develop Go-To-Market actions, branding, and channel strategy.
  • Develop content strategy supported by automation and digital tools for customer engagement.
  • Manage and inspire a team of direct and indirect reports, fostering a positive team atmosphere.
  • Monitor workloads and provide resources as needed to support team effectiveness.
  • Manage budgets and provide guidance to teams monthly.
  • Support compliance with privacy and confidentiality of information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related area.
  • Minimum of 10 years progressive experience in Sales and/or B2B Marketing.
  • Minimum of 5 years supervisory/management experience.
  • Extensive experience in marketing strategies that optimize customer lifetime value.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and inspire employees at all levels.
  • Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of marketing tools, trends, and methodologies.
  • Proficient in various marketing automation tools with seamless integrations with Salesforce.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's Degree in marketing or related area.
