The Senior Director of Marketing will play a pivotal role in leading the marketing department at Vertical Bridge. This position is responsible for the planning, implementation, execution, and tracking of strategic marketing and branding initiatives. The Senior Director will oversee content creation and management, assist in developing innovative brand strategies, and manage the company's social media strategy and online presence. Additionally, this role will be accountable for both internal and external communications, ensuring that all messaging aligns with the company's goals and objectives. A key aspect of this position is to build, grow, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. In this role, the Senior Director will develop and oversee marketing team strategies that align with Vertical Bridge's objectives. They will create and implement comprehensive brand, marketing, and communication strategies, leading the execution of these strategies through the marketing team and leveraging both internal and external resources. The Senior Director will collaborate on impactful internal branding strategies and corporate marketing materials, which include brochures, presentations, email signatures, and social media content. Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends will also be essential to inform strategic decisions. The Senior Director will be responsible for producing long-form and short-form content for various platforms, including blogs, emails, press releases, and social media. They will lead the marketing team through concept creation, approvals, and optimizations, ensuring that all content reflects the desired brand and image strategies. Additionally, the Senior Director will partner in reviewing and editing external communications, such as press releases and articles, and will drive press and media exposure in collaboration with external agencies. Monthly analysis of marketing strategies and efforts will be conducted, providing results and recommendations for continuous improvement.
