About the position

The Senior Director, Molecular Imaging - Product Management at Siemens Healthineers is a leadership role focused on developing and executing strategic marketing plans for the Molecular Imaging business line. This position involves collaboration with sales teams, managing customer relationships, and ensuring product development aligns with customer needs. The role also includes overseeing the product management team and driving sales enablement to achieve business targets.

Responsibilities

  • Create strategic plans and develop programs aligned with business line strategy.
  • Support the USA Molecular Imaging Business Line VP and field sales team.
  • Develop and execute all marketing programs and operational strategies.
  • Manage customer relationships and customer satisfaction.
  • Assess the strategic position of Molecular Imaging solutions in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with global factory resources for product development.
  • Identify and develop regional and national reference sites and KOLs.
  • Understand customer buying criteria and trends by customer segment.
  • Adapt global product messages or create new segment messaging as needed.
  • Manage the Molecular Imaging Product Management team and Clinical Sales Specialist team.
  • Drive sales enablement to meet business targets of increased market share, volume, and profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in medicine, business, computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years sales and business management experience.
  • Demonstrated management and leadership experience.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to provide executive level business cases and financial assessments.
  • Willing to travel up to 50%.

Nice-to-haves

  • Excellent English skills (ideally as native language, spoken and written).
  • German language skills and knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
  • Very good presentation skills in the customer environment.
  • Good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
