About the position

Join Siemens Healthineers as a Senior Director in Molecular Imaging - Product Management, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare. This position is designed for an ambitious professional eager to take the next step in their career. You will be responsible for creating strategic plans and developing programs that align with the business line strategy, while supporting the USA Molecular Imaging Business Line VP and field sales team. Your role will encompass the strategic development and execution of all marketing programs, operational strategies, price positioning, and managing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. In this role, you will assess the strategic position of Molecular Imaging solutions in the marketplace and collaborate closely with global factory resources to ensure that products are developed with the USA customer in mind. You will identify and develop regional and national reference sites, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and understand customer buying criteria and trends by customer segment, assessing the business implications for the Molecular Imaging business line. You will also adapt global product messages or create new segment messaging as needed. As a leader, you will manage the Molecular Imaging Product Management team and the Clinical Sales Specialist team, driving sales enablement to meet business targets for increased market share, volume, and profitability. This position requires a collaborative approach, motivating your direct reports and cross-functional colleagues to achieve the best results. You will utilize your analytical skills for market intelligence management and targeted execution of measures, while also being open to learning about new software and hardware solutions. Given the international nature of the role, excellent English skills are essential, and knowledge of German or other languages is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in medicine, business, computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of sales and business management experience.
  • Demonstrated management and leadership experience.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to provide executive level business cases and financial assessments.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Nice-to-haves

  • Excellent English skills (ideally as native language, spoken and written).
  • German language skills and knowledge of other languages.
  • Very good presentation skills in the customer environment.
  • Strong team orientation and communication skills.
