About the position

The Senior Director of NA Brand Marketing for Fenty Beauty Brands at Kendo is a key leadership role responsible for driving the North America marketing strategy. This position focuses on visionary leadership, consumer marketing strategies, and innovative digital and social initiatives to enhance brand awareness and advocacy. The role requires collaboration across various teams and retailers to develop integrated campaigns and maximize marketing efforts across all consumer touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the NA Fenty marketing team across 360 marketing strategic planning, paid media, retailer initiatives, and experiential marketing.
  • Collaborate with NA retail partners to develop and maximize global marketing plans and create dedicated plans to drive business objectives.
  • Lead the development of comprehensive, disruptive marketing plans across all marketing levers, including social marketing, partner marketing, PR, and paid media.
  • Oversee all category NA Marketing across 360, Retailer, Experiential, PR & Media.
  • Present, adapt, and align plans based on feedback from internal and external stakeholders, including the Executive team and retailers.
  • Foster innovation and creativity among the team and cross-functional teams to push plans to unprecedented territory.
  • Develop, manage, and allocate the marketing budget for the brand across all levers and regions.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in marketing or brand management in the beauty category.
  • Expertise in beauty, skin, hair, or fragrance marketing.
  • Experience developing robust 360 marketing campaigns including concept, strategic plans, and execution roadmaps.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage 5+ team members.
  • Proven track record of driving business and cultural impact through marketing initiatives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented approach.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint.
