About the position

The Senior Director of Neuroscience Marketing at Lantheus will lead the commercial strategy and execution for the launch of neuroscience imaging agents, particularly focusing on Alzheimer's disease. This role requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in marketing and commercialization, responsible for driving awareness, adoption, and market penetration of products in the neuroscience imaging space. The position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and managing a team of marketing directors to achieve brand objectives and performance targets.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as launch leader for the Neuroscience imaging portfolio
  • Lead the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives for diagnostic imaging agents
  • Drive awareness, adoption, and market penetration of products in the Alzheimer's space
  • Implement metrics to assess and measure brand strategy effectiveness
  • Craft brand assets to promote a leadership position in Neuroscience imaging
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with product development
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Analyze customer and market insights to identify brand opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics
  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Lead Marketing Directors and foster their professional development
  • Manage third-party agencies for strategic alignment and execution
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory and legal standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing within the diagnostic imaging or healthcare sector
  • Undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 12+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing experience
  • Minimum of 10+ years of leadership experience
  • Neuroscience Marketing experience required
  • Passion for brand building and successful launches
  • Strong understanding of business drivers and regulations in healthcare
  • Strong business analytic ability to analyze data and adjust business plans
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
